-Slide Agglutination Assays (Latex agglutination tests) -Suggested Latexes: 0.2 um to 0.9 um in diameter -Ultra-clean or surfactant-free PS latex -Carboxylated or animated latex -Lightly-dyed green, pink or blue latex
-Membrane Migration (Lateral Flow) Immunoassays (Rapid tests): -Suggested Latexes: 0.1 um to 0.5 um in diameter -Intensely-dyed blue, red, or black latex particles, plain PS, or carboxylated PS -(Multiple-ligands assay is possible with rainbow-colored particles as antibody carriers)
-Particle enhanced Tubidimetric (or Nephelometric) Immunoassays (TIA): -Suggested Latexes: 0.020 um to 0.2 um diameter, low surfactant PS or surface modified particles
-Fluorescent Microscopy, Flow Cytometry, or Fluorescent-Activated Cell Sorter: -Suggested Latexes: 2.0 um to 12 um particles with narrow-size distribution -Monosized fluorescent-dyed microspheres with narrow-size distribution of 3 to 5% C.V. -Particles dyed with various excitation and emissions are available
-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Column Packing: -Suggested Particles: PS latex particles -Monosized PS latex particles with C.V. of 1.8% to 5%
-Particle size measurement calibration -Size measurement certificates are traceable to primary NIST standards SRM1960, SRM1690, and SRM1691. Wide size range standards are available
lMagnetic cell isolation or protein purification -Positve or negative magnetic cell selection, magnetic bead enzyme linked immunosorbent ELISA assays
-Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Spacer: -Suggested Particles: 2um or 7um in diameter -Monosized PS/50% DVB compact microspheres of 5 um or 7um in diameter
