1.When will my order be processed? Most orders will be processed on the same or the following business day depending on the order quantity and our current stock, it may take longer.
If you request a custom synthesis of a particular particle, please contact Magsphere for the estimated completion date.
2.Do we ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping cost may vary depending on your location.
3. When will I receive my order? This depends on the shipping method that was used to ship your order.
4.Do you accept returns? Yes, we do accept returns, please visit our Terms and Condition.
5.What types of payments do you accept? We accept credit cards, wire transfer, money orders, and checks. Payment in check must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
6.Do you provide tracking number? Currently, we do not automatically provide you a tracking number. To aquire your tracking number, please contact Magsphere by phone or email with your order number.
7.When will you ship our order out? We will ship within 48 hours for products that are in stock.
8.What if I ordered something that is out of stock? If you ordered a product that is out of stock, the shipment of your purchase will be delayed about four (4) to (5) days, which is the time it takes to synthesis the product you requested.
9.What happens if I do not want the product anymore, can I cancel it? You may cancel your order within the same day of purchase. Otherwise a restocking fee will be applied.
